Desired Candidate Profile:
Must possess strong leadership & presentation skills, and be able to
communicate
professionally with the team and the management.
Should have good experience in BPO/Call Centre (Outbound) calling.
A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail- Excellent at coaching,
mentoring
and inspiring team members.
Ability to manage a group of team members independently.
Team player with strong communication and presentation skills.
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills- demonstrated ability to close
gaps and drive
to root cause analysis
Proven ability to work well under pressure to meet the deadlines/timelines.
Ability to multitask & focus on multiple issues at once
Must be a graduate with minimum 1 year of relevant experience working as a
Team
Leader.
Role & Responsibilities:
Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
Managing the day-to-day activities of the team.
Motivating the team to achieve organizational goals.
Set clear team goals, delegate tasks and set deadlines
Discover training needs and provide coaching
Listen to team members feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments
Suggest and organize team building activities.
Communicate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) weekly/monthly and conduct
performance reviews ensure each team member is aware of expectations and
deliverables
Monitor the completion of tasks and ensure good performance and record on
appropriate systems
Consistently promote high standards through examples and leading from the
front so
that each member of the team understands the standards and behaviours expected
of
them
Contributing to the growth of the company through a successful team.
Cascading information to the team including vision, goal, objectives etc. of
the
organization.
Other Details
Salary package 3-4 Lakhs per annum
Fixed Shift (5.5 Days working)
One side cab facility available
Additional travelling allowance
