Job Description

Skillset Excellent comms in both English and Hindi - No MTI or RTI issue, grammatical or pronunciation errors, Candidate voice and accent should be clear while speaking Hindi/English
Qualification Should be Graduate from any field / 3 years diploma
Experience 1 year of experience from BPO/any Customer Support (Preferred).
Salary 23000 ctc (18.5k in hand)
Shift Day for females till 9pm/ Rotational for male
Relocations Bonus One time Relocation Bonus to all WFO candidates as INR 4000 for candidates relocating to Bengaluru and are eligible only if out of 100km radius from Bengaluru. To pe paid after Training as one-time payment
Cab Facility Cab with Home pick and drop available within Bengaluru within 35km radius from Office
Roles and Responsibility To resolve issues and queries of L2 irate customers on call
