:
Service desk experience
Strong Knowledge of macOS and iOS.
Basic Knowledge in MDM or Jamf
Basic Knowledge in PowerShell or Shell Script
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Knowledge/use of IT ticketing and asset management systems.
Self-motivated and strong team player with drive to continue own development.
Able to operate in a fast-paced environment. to prioritize and effectively manage pressure
points.
Highly analytical with good problem-solving skills.
