Job Description

We are thrilled to inform that Capgemini has several job openings for skilled professionals in the field of ServiceNow. We currently have openings for the following positions:

  • ServiceNow ITSM Consultant: In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and customizing the ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) module, ensuring it aligns with our clients' unique requirements. Strong knowledge of ITIL processes, incident management, change management, and problem management is crucial for success in this role.
  • ServiceNow ITOM Specialist: As a ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) Specialist, you will work closely with clients to optimize and streamline their IT operations using ServiceNow. Your expertise in event management, configuration management, discovery, and orchestration will be instrumental in driving operational efficiency.
  • ServiceNow ITAM Analyst: In this position, you will focus on the ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM) module, ensuring accurate and efficient management of IT assets across our clients' organizations. Your responsibilities will include software asset management, hardware asset management, and license compliance.
  • ServiceNow GRC Consultant: As a ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Consultant, you will assist our clients in implementing effective risk management strategies, compliance frameworks, and audit workflows within the ServiceNow platform. Your expertise in risk assessment, policy management, and regulatory compliance will be invaluable.
  • ServiceNow CMDB Analyst: In this role, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of the ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB) module. Your deep understanding of IT infrastructure and configuration management practices will ensure accurate and reliable configuration data.
  • ServiceNow HRSD Specialist: As a ServiceNow Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) Specialist, you will collaborate with HR teams to configure and optimize the 
  • ServiceNow Business Analyst: In this position, you will serve as a liaison between our clients and the ServiceNow development team, gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and translating them into functional specifications. Your expertise in business analysis methodologies and ServiceNow platform capabilities will be essential.
  • ServiceNow CSM Developer: As a ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) Developer, you will design and develop customer service solutions using the ServiceNow platform. Your proficiency in case management, service catalog, knowledge management, and customer portals will contribute to exceptional customer experiences.

Mandatory requirement:

1. Location: Pune

2. Primary role - Must have Service Now experience in any of the above mentioned modules.
