Job Description

Tasks:

- Plan, coordinate, and implement projects related to stem cell transplantation in India, in particular for patients suffering from Thalassemia

- Conduct market research and risk analysis and set up a business plan related to the establishment of medical services

- Prepare presentations and decision templates

- Ensure compliance requirements are met within the scope of the project

Education and work experience

- Completed master's degree, e.g. with a medical or scientific background ( Please check with Patrick!)

- Interest in medical topics and economics of hospitals

- At least 5 years of professional experience as project manager in an international context, ideally in the medical field

- Experience in working with intercultural teams

Expert knowledge and qualifications

- Good general medical knowledge

- Very good knowledge of English

- Other languages an advantage

- Confident handling of MS-Office applications

Required soft skills

- Structured and independent way of working

- Distinct conceptual skills

- Very good communication and teamwork skills in an intercultural context

- High degree of flexibility, resilience and willingness to travel
