Job Description
To lead and manage a team, drive targets for products categories, ensure team training and readiness and
ensure consultation metrics are followed.
job responsibility;
Should maintain a healthy relation between team member and Company.
Capability to support & sustain a positive work environment that fosters team performance.
Skilled in identifying resource requirements and assigning responsibilities to the team while
ensuring effective coordination amongst all.
Expertise in imparting training to new members of the team and retraining of older CCs,
monitoring performance and comparing to the months objective
Formulating plan & solution to assure achievement of agreed to volume & profit objectives
Complete painting and décor knowledge
Work with different aiding tools and technology to help customers choose from the wide range of
products & designs for their home décor makeover.
Willingness to travel in case required.
Assess and meet clients requirements and desires through regular meeting
Provide complete solution to customers and plan the interiors of residential spaces with furniture,
lighting, wall treatments,
Work with different aiding tools and technology for designing a customers home to help them visualize
their homes and choose from the wide range of products.
Responsible for designing homes within a clients estimated timeline and project budget.
Preparing BOQs as per design
To own the customer experience during a project
Lead and own quality and accuracy of design deliverables
To own and end to end project lifecycle.
Work closely with the client and our internal design teams to finalize home design, 3D and 2D drawings
Collaborate with the execution support team for design implementation
Other desired skills
Willingness to work in a customer facing role and engage with clients
Orientation to engage with customers and deliver a delightful customer experience
Good communication and presentation skills
Fluency in English. Fluency in Hindi/ regional languages is preferable
Active listener.
Strong visualization and conceptualization abilities
Passionate about colours, shapes, architecture, 3Ds and all things related to design
Develop a healthy working environment for co-workers and effectively contribute in any team based tasks
Documentation and timely submission of daily reports
Ability to learn and work with technology applications && software related to home décor
