JOB PROFILE OF DESIGNER

Identifying new & relevant trends in terms of Color, Look, Print & Fabrics
Introduction of New & Innovative Concepts
Strong understanding of patten making & values addition techniques
Understanding global fashion trends in terms of Fabric; Designs; Colors & Patterns
Range Planning
Plans for new Styles & Designs
Develop & implement strategies for new products & services
Build a robust Business Plan
Ability to complete within deadlines while working Inter & Intra Department to ensure smooth flow of work.
Complete ownership in terms of range Planning; Sampling; Style & Pricing
Market analysis & tracking competitor product lines
5 to 8 Years Experience in the Retail Garment Industry with the said profile
Graduate in any Stream & Post graduate from any Fashion Institute such as NIFT; Pearl Institute or any recognized University.
5-8 years of experience in Retail Garment Industry
