Job Purpose

Spearheading the Development and Expansion of the Fiber Optic Cable business for Telecos & DC

Job Responsibilities

Business Development, Pre Sales & Post Sales Key Account Management, Lead Generation, Project Business, Client Retention, Channel Development, Telecos & DC sales, Techno Commercial sales, Strategy & business plan

Create a Telecos & DC Business funnel by forging strategic alliances.

Responsible for long term strategic partnership decisions in accelerating companys Telecos & DC business by creating a road map for new business, entity growth & transformation, joint development ventures/alliances.

Build relations in Telecos & DC

Participation in online and offline tenders through various e-procurement sites

Design and prepare new business plans with existing and new customers.
Overseeing the entire Optical Fibre Cable Solutions business development and expansion in Telecos & DC
Strategy formulation, opportunity evaluation, tactical planning & prioritization for critical long term Telecos & DC projects

Appraise top management in understanding/anticipating changes in Telecos & DC Acquisition Policy and initiatives to support market preparedness to address realistic Telecos & DC communication needs.

Identify emerging business trends in Indian Telecos & DC and development of a Go-To-Market plan

focused on short- term (1-3 years) and medium term (3-5 years) business objectives.

Closely working with Leaders to provide thought-provoking underlying direction, planning and co-ordination of the Telecos & DC BUs corporate performance, strategic growth and transformation.

Qualification,

Experience and Skill Requirements B.Sc./B.Com./B.Tech and MBA - Marketing

10 - 12 Years of relevant experience in Telecom Telecos & DC sales

Preferred age 32 - 40 Years

Strong orientation towards sales

In depth knowledge of sales

Excellent product knowledge, leadership skills, communication skills, interpersonal skills and customer orientation
