AGM / DGM State Head 

Experience: 12-18 years 

CTC: 23-27 LPA 

Industry Preference: Wire and Cable Industry (House wires) / FMEG (Fast Moving Electrical goods) / Electrical goods (Only) 

Location: Karnataka JOB ROLE 

• Developing dealer/distributor market. 
• Exposure in B2C sales/Channel Sales/Retail Sales and covering entire Karnataka. 
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and distributors to manage product distribution, establishing distribution networks and developing distribution strategies. 
• Take approvals with consultants and those related to a project enquiry. 
• Analysis of customer needs, current market conditions and competitor information. 

• Expand, develop marketing platforms and implement marketing plans to improve market penetration. 
• Monitor industry best practices. 
• Must have retailer & industrial knowledge. 
• Team Management
