Attends sales meetings with SMEs and clients to review prospective projects
Plans proactive plan for sales leads
Assists in the communication of potential sales leads, both online and over the phone
Attends all project hand-off meetings
Takes notes and keep minutes during sales and hand off meetings
Creates campaigns for and manages company social media
Manages company websites
Prepares, organizes and files documents
Assists and reviews all contracts before sending them to the client
Assists the account or project manager in the execution of the management plan for the assigned projects
Carries out daily operational tasks in an effective and timely manner
Helps problem-solve issues and suggest ways to improve the project
Creates and submits invoices to the controller for the processing
Organizes, files, and maintains all current project document
