Job Description

Purpose of the Accounts Officer role:

The Accounts Officer is responsible to do timely and accurately accounting of fee and recordkeeping

and other accounting activities including reconciliation and managing banking transactions by

adhering to prescribed guidelines and compliances.

As an Accounts Officer you are expected to:

Responsible for end-to end students fee transactions for the branch.
Ensure collections of outstanding fee, collection from parents within the specified time.
Responsible for total accounts reconciliation (expenses and receipts) at the branch.
Responsible for all banking transactions/treasury management at the branch.
