 Job Summary: We are seeking a competitive and dedicated Territory Business Manager to join the team at Vaishali, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. As a Territory Business Manager, you will act as the key link between company and healthcare professionals and responsible for driving sales revenue and maintaining customer relationships within the assigned geographical area.

We are looking for highly motivated individuals with proven sales experience and exceptional organizational, sales skills and a deep understanding of healthcare market. Effective communication and a deep understanding of customer needs are essential. Your primary focus will be ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities to grow our sales targets, increase product visibility. The ideal candidate should possess, excellent communication and sales skills.

 Role and Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective territory sales and marketing strategies.
  2. Analyze data to identify the most efficient sales methods and optimize performance.
  3. Meet with customers to understand their concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
  4. Conduct consumer research to uncover potential sales opportunities.
  5. Present products and services to prospective customers effectively.
  6. Specific Duties:
  7. Cultivate customer relationships by actively participating in industry or promotional events, such as trade shows.
  8. Conduct training sessions on sales techniques and familiarize sales teams with product attributes.
  9. Assess sales performance against key performance indicators (KPIs).
  10. Monitor and analyze competition within the assigned region, staying updated on market trends and activities.
  11. Travel to the assigned territory as required.
  12. Understand the needs and requirements of customers in the assigned territory.
  13. Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products and services.
  14. Determine sales and marketing methods to increase sales within the assigned territory.
  15. Meet or exceed company expectations.
  16. Collect timely feedback from customers and conduct surveys to understand their specifications.
  17. Create brand awareness within the assigned territory.
  18. Motivate Sales Representatives and other team members.

 Day-to-Day Activities

  1. Maintain strong customer relationships and provide exceptional service.
  2. Analyze sales results and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  3. Monitor competitors' sales activities and gather market intelligence.
  4. Adhere to all rules and regulations governing the sales function.
  5. Stay up to date with the latest sales industry trends.

 Education & Experience Requirement: The ideal candidate for this position should possess the following qualifications:

  1. Must have Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field of Pharma
  2. Proven experience of 5+ years in sales and marketing roles, preferably in the healthcare or hospital industry.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Goal-driven and self-motivated.
  5. Ability to travel within the assigned territory as required.
  6. Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools is a plus.
  7. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Job Location        : Ghaziabad, UP | Willingness to travel in defined territory
Work Exp            : Min 1-3 Yrs & Above in Pharmaceutical/ Medical Sales | No of Positions: 3 Nos
Salary Package     : INR 3.0 LPA- 6.0 LPA **Negotiable for Right Candidate. Perks & Benefits: Performance Incentives +Mediclaim
