Essential Functions:
Executes implementation projects from post-sale to post go-live
Leads meetings with clients, with support from architect and/or PM as needed
Drives design and advanced declarative customizations for CPQ/Sales/Service cloud to meet
unique business needs.
Leads design and integrations with 3rd party apps, with special focus on Doc Gen, E-Signature,
Payment Processing, and Prodly
Facilitates requirements reviews with project stakeholders
Reviews clients business processes and recommends changes based on best practices
Configures applications declaratively
Communicates requirements effectively for code-based development
Documents business process and captures user stories
Coordinates with developers to implement custom solutions
Develops & Executes System Test Scripts
Facilitates User Acceptance Test
Owns specific project component(s) or work stream(s) for larger projects
Constructs client deliverables using existing templates
Develops training materials, deliver training
Provides mentorship to more junior employees to facilitate their growth and development
Delegates work accordingly to developers, business analysts, and solutions consultants
Required Qualifications:
4+ Certifications or similar experience/skills
3+ years Salesforce consulting or equivalent experience
cpq- 1yr
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to ETL data into and out of Salesforce to support CPQ data model requirements_
Proficiency with 3rd party apps, with special focus on Doc Gen, E-Signature, Payment
Processing, and Prodly
Ability to communicate ideas, concepts and strategies for both technical and non-technical
people
Understanding of implementation lifecycle and what is required at each project phase
4 years of CRM consulting experience, with proven ability to deliver CRM solutions
2 years of Project Management experience
2 years of Business management experience
Desired/Preferred qualifications:
Experience with Agile development methodologies
Demonstrated ability to teach technical skills and best practices to clients
Mandatory Certification:
Salesforce CPQ
