- Profile - Financial Analyst into Core Finance
- Positions Offered - Analyst or Senior Analyst
- Education Required - Graduate or Post-Graduate in Finance will be preferred
- Certification Required for Non Finance graduate- NISM or Imarticus in case of Graduation in B.tech or Non finance background Candidates
- Educational Documents Required - Candidate must have all semesters and Final year Marksheets, Results and Degree certificates in hand.

- Experienced - Notice Period - Immediate to 30 Days only can apply
- Shift Type - Rotational - Night shift Allowances will be 3600 per month
- Shift Timings -
- 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM
- 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM
- 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM
- 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM
- Night shifts start from 5:30 PM onwards
- CTC Offered - 18115 K Per month with 350 deduction as 200 - Professional fee and 150 - Company fee additionally night shift allowances will be given

3- Business Interview - Virtual (Zoom / Teams ) with Hiring Managers
- Assessment details / Aptitude test -
It Include 4 parts Verbal , logic , quantitative and WET (60 Minutes and 50 questions in each section ) in each section candidate should clear at least 10 questions to qualify the assessment round
- Training Agreement -1 Year training agreement will be there
- Roles & responsibilities includes:
- Working on back office and middle office processes for financial institutions
- Handling different stages of client/product life cycle across stages - KYC, reference data management, legal docs, loans, portfolio reconciliation, document capture, system reconciliation, pre and post settlements, brokerage functions, drafting, trade support, corporate actions, tax operations etc.
- Expected to work on Data capture, cataloguing, data processing, system inputs and updates, reconciliations, settlements and fund transfers
- Preparation of reports using MS Excel
- Role could entail external interaction with agents/counterparties/clients to solve queries and discrepancies related to the process. This could be telephonic or through emails
- Risk identification and escalation, timely escalation of outstanding issues to clients
- Working on various trade support activities across the Trade Lifecycle like Trade Confirmation matching, Trade Pre-Settlements support, Front office to back-office reconciliation of trade position, Report generations, Settlements of Cash Flows coming from various trading events like Interest or Premium, Operations of Syndicated Loans, Corporate action set-up and operations
- Working on other capital market operational tasks other than Trade Life-cycle support like Reference Data support, Regulatory reporting (Swaps Data Repository, SDR, Know Your Customer (KYC), various front-office and back-office reconciliations
- Job would require the candidate to learn and master various financial products including Equity Securities and Derivatives, Interest Rates Swaps, FX Spot, Options, Futures, Credit Derivatives Swaps, Commodities Derivatives and Fixed Income products (e.g. Corporate and Treasury Bonds)

- Candidates should be okay with 18115 + 3600 -350 , no further salary hike can be given for freshers
- Candidates who are not okay with Night shift should not apply
- Female candidate will get provided with drop facility for night shift
- Male candidates have to arrange transport of their own in case of night shift.
- More than One year experienced candidates should not apply
- In case of Internships and experienced candidates should have a Internship letter or experience letter in hand
- Science background candidates must have NISM or Imarticus Certificates
- Candidates should be okay with 1 Year of training agreement .
