Job Title : Business Development Manager
Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business
opportunities in the IT industry. Primary focus will be on generating new leads, closing deals, and
maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and knowledge of IT Infrastructure projects in domains like - Networking, Servers & Storage, Data Centers, Audio-Visual Collaboration,
Cybersecurity, Extra Low Voltage (CCTV, Access Control, PA, Fire, BMS etc.) Must have good
communication & account management skills for dealing with CorporateGovernmentPSUMNC Clients
and dealing with OEM's like CISCO, Juniper, Dell, HP etc.


Location: Chattarpur (South Delhi)
Salary: Negotiable

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry
trends.
Build and maintain a network of contacts within the IT industry, including potential clients,
partners, and vendors.
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed company targets.
Generate new leads through targeted outreach, networking, and referrals.
Nurture leads through the sales process, including conducting product demos and negotiating
contracts.
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure
seamless customer experiences.
Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and represent the company.
Provide regular updates to senior management on progress against targets and market trends.

Preferred Requirements & Qualifications :-
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field, with a focus
on the IT industry.
Proven track record of generating new business and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of the IT industry and related technologies.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel as needed.
