Job Description

Position: ServiceNow ITSM Developer

Location: Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune, Coimbatore

• Broad IT experience of 5 to 7  years working within a large enterprise on implementation initiatives
• Minimum 5 years of experience in configuring ServiceNow which involves various modules like ITSM and CSM
• Strong technical knowledge of ServiceNow modules, 3rd party integrations
• Good hands on knowledge and experience of JavaScript, XML and XSL stylesheets, web services
• Develop solutions in ServiceNow, prepare estimates and work on capability presentation, Proof of Concept
• Understand functional, technical, and business requirements and then turn those requirements into a successful implementation.

Primary Skills:

• ServiceNow ITSM & CSM
• ServiceNow Integration OR Implementation
• CSA certification is required.

Secondary Skills:

• Very good verbal and written English communication skills
• Effective time management, team handling and organizational skills Responsibilities
• Review the work done by team members as per ServiceNow best practices
