ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

1. Hiring Candidates
2. Mentoring Team
3. Attending Product training regarding Plans and Policies.
4. Conducting different activities to get customer feedback.
5. Tele calling and field visit to book an appointment with the client.
6. Policy Pitching to convert prospect customers into existing customer.
