India's 3rd biggest Technology Company is hiring for Desktop Support for US Voice process

Work location - Only Noida. Direct Walkin interview

Designation:- EPS (Engineer Product Support)

Required Qualification:-

* Bachelor Degree(B.Tech/BCA/BE (or equivalent) in Mechanical/Electrical stream.

Required Work Experience:

*Technical Graduates with good experience in hardware/Desktop troubleshooting support are eligible for this opening.

Must have:-

* Good Spoken & Written English.

Skill set Required:-

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:-

*First point of technical troubleshooting
* Channels of Support : Phone and E-mail
* 24*7 support
* Ability to discuss Hardware Requirement with Customers.

Shifts:- US Shifts

Age:- 18 yrs to 39 Yrs.

Salary Upto 5.5 lpa
