Teleperformance is hiring for banking process for Gurgaon location.

Job Title: Customer Service Associate (Domestic process)

Candidates should able to read and translate from English to Hindi & should have good communication skills in both languages.

Should be able to communicate with the customers over the call.

Should have good computer knowledge

Min. Qualification required: Graduate & above

Age: 18 & above

Mode of work: Work from Office only

Working Window: Rotational Shifts

Shift Time: 9 Hours (Including 1 hour break)

For Females: Morning 07:00AM to 07:00 PM

For Males: 24*7

6 Days working & 1 day week off

Leave policy: Annually 26 Leaves (2.16 Leaves per month)

Monthly Salary Offered:

Monthly CTC- 19000/-
