INTERNATIONAL VOICE PROCESS

Technical Support Process

 

Roles and Responsibility 

  • Answering to clients query regarding technology through voice medium
  • Processing and delivering information about companies offerings
  • Help customer understand technical system
  • Handling Client Complaints
  • Collecting and analysing customer feedback
  • Helping management with the smooth flow.

 

Desired Candidates

  • Should have at least 6 months experience in technical field 
  • Graduate/HSC with experience can apply 
  • Should be flexible with 24/7 shift timing
