Looking for highly skilled Operation Support Analyst having atleast 4-6 years of experience who has supported Oracle PLSQL and Unix applications. Should act as a bridge between members of the Infrastructure, Business and Development teams to facilitate top-notch delivery and support of our services.
Primary Skills:
50% knowledge on working in SQL, PL/SQL knowledge.
50% knowledge in supporting Java knowledge.
Key responsibilities
Should be flexible to work on below Shift timings in rotation with the team:
- Providing 2nd level support and assist in 3rd level support requests (working with developers)
- Investigations and analysis of incidents and problems
- Follow incident, problem and change management processes, and ensure that all are correctly registered.

- Be available for on-call rotation to work on any major incidents occurring outside normal working hours
Below are the requirements in details:
Good Hands on experience on supporting Oracle PL/SQL and extensively worked on database concepts like Triggers, Constraints.
Good hands on supporting Java applications and has fair understanding on supporting Sprint boot, Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes application.
ITIL certified.
Ability to understand complex queries using aggregate and analytical functions.
Should have supported optimization of stored procedures, triggers and user defined functions.
Strong experience in Unix shell scripting is a must.
Knowledge on any scheduling tool is needed.
Knowledge on any monitoring tools like AppDynamics/Grafana etc.
Experience in Agile Devops ,implementing CI/CD pipeline through GIT(Bitbucket), Bamboo, Jenkins etc.
Experience working in Agile and having knowledge of Capital Markets domain is an added advantage.
Priori experience on supporting Java based applications, with knowledge of basic debug in case of issues is added plus.
Knowledge of Banking and Capital Markets would be an added advantage
