Job Role: Customer Service Associate - HRO - Outbound Sales

JOB PURPOSE:

• Responsible for retention of customers by providing best services and achieving new customer    acquisition.

Preferred Qualification and Experience:

• Good Communication & Listening Skills
• Goal oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Freshers with mandatory NISM certification  / 6 Months experience in any Customer Service (Outbound sales) English + Hindi (Must)
• Any Graduate and above.

SHIFT TIMINGS:

• 8AM-8PM (Window - 9Hrs shift) 6 Days working.
• 1 Day Rotational Weekly Off

CTC:

• 2 to 2.8 LPA

ROUNDS OF INTERVIEW:

• HR Round
• Amcat
• Ops Round
• Client Round (Face to face )

JOB LOCATION:

• TP Office, AMBIT IT Park, Ambattur, Chennai.
