1+ year ITSM Experience as Problem manager, Change Manager or Incident Manager.
High level of proficiency in written and verbal communication.
4+ years corporate IT experience
Knowledge about Problem Solving/Root Cause Analysis methods
Experience of process development
Experience of training and supporting groups of people
Has worked in a high-pressure environment
Has managed and liaised with suppliers
Skill requirements :
BSc Computer/BCA/MCA/BE/B.Tech or equivalent
ITIL foundation and practitioner/Operational support and analysis certified
