Duties and responsibilities of this role include:
Project and Administration Support:
Production of training materials, organisation of training resources and general administrative support.
Data Entry and ongoing maintenance of the in-house training system.
Support with all administrative tasks relating to the Learning function.
Support with diary management and administration of the team plus organising all team meetings.
Provide support to projects as required.
Training Co-ordination support
Assist with coordinating delegate attendance.
Assist with coordinating venues, facilitators and delegate accommodation.
Maximise external funding through CITB and other external sources:
Collate all training data for grants and audit applications.
Support with grants and Apprenticeship Levy administration as required.
Management Reporting
Collation of Learning information and statistics monthly, as well as on request.
Sending out post course delegate surveys and collating feedback responses for each course.
Essential and Desirable Criteria
Essential skills required:
Accuracy and attention to detail
Computer literacy (up to Intermediate Level for MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint desirable)
Good numeracy skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to continuously prioritise workload in a pressurised environment
Strong organisational skills
Team player
Ability to follow through to completion with all tasks
Good customer service skills
