• Implementation of Credit Policy and continuous evaluation to ensure adherence to the Policy and compliance with the Authority Matrix at branches in the area assigned.
• Credit appraisal for BL & Doctor Loans files for the assigned location
• Keeping delinquency under control
• Compliance of policy and processes
• Reporting of location metrics like Login, Approval, Disbursal, Rejection, Deviation on monthly basis as per prescribed format
• Market Research and Feedback for new product launch.
• Feed back on credit policy based on market conditions.

Requirements

• Chartered Accountant /MBA Finance with 5-6 years of relevant experience.
• Has worked with reputed Bank/Financial Institution in unsecured high ticket size General Insurance 
• Positive attitude and team player 

 Criteria

• Stability - 1 year in current & 2 years in previous OR Vice versa
• For RM we can pay up to 5.50 lacs
• For CM We can pay up to 7.50 lacs
• For SE we can pay up to 3.50 lacs
