Job Description

Brand/Label communication

-Coordinating with creative agencies, technical service providers for branding activities/communication and social media   campaigns

-Monitoring of marketing strategies of competitors

-Co-ordination with product team on brand communication for new products/packaging

-Identification of geography wise customer profile and customer targeting plans

-Making annual market budget, channel/month wise

-Monthly spend vs revenue plan vs actual

-Manage creative dept, photography, Editing and styling, Visual merchandising

Customer acquisition

-Planning and execution of cross promotions with partnering brands/banks/corporates

-Partnering with M Loyal to acquire customers through their database of target customers

-Using social media/Google search for the purpose

Customer retention

-Sharing e-catalogs through available mediums

-Running promotions to bring back lapsed database

-Customer feedback program to confirm satisfaction levels

Big deal/Diwali

-Creating noise to capture both existing and new set of customers in the store catchment

New store launch

-Creating promotion plan for the store launch(social media, BTL activation in the catchment, cross promotion with partnering brands)
