Job Location-Noida

- Build high-performing, scalable, enterprise-grade solutions

- Complete knowledge of Genesys 8x Framework and Architecture

- Interaction Routing Designer (IRD) Composer tool, used to create and maintain routing strategies in-line with an enterprise code standard

- Provide support for Genesys Reporting, including maintenance of the DataMart solution. Troubleshooting report generation issues.

- Should have installed Reporting components like CCPulse, CC Analyser, ICON, and Infomart

- Hands on experience on CCPulse, ICON and Cassandra database

- Hands on experience on multimedia setup (chat & email) environment

- Prior experience with Genesys installation, deployment, upgrades, IVR Components, ConfigServer, TServer in a Test and Production Environment

- Excellent Communication skill and team player
