o Job -FUNCTION: Position in CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGER
p VACANT POSTION ( as on date ): ONE
q Job Location: Kolkata, India
o FULFILLMENT Requirements: Immediate
o EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent.
o Experience: Minimum 3 - 6 years of experience in Construction / Infrastructure / Real Estate Company
o Language: English (Proficient) both Oral and Written.
o Interview: Required. Face to Face.
o SALARY: Commensurate with qualification, experience and as per PREVALENT industry STANDARD
Job Description & the Skills required :
Strong Negotiating and Convincing skills to Covert Prospects into a customer.
Successful involvement in Post Sales ,Coordinating with Clients as well as Banks etc for completion of Documentations etc , Follow up for Payments and completion of the entire Sales Process
Evaluate Customer needs and build productive long lasting relationships.
Guiding and counselling Prospective Clients about the Company's Projects over Phone /Mail .
Responsible for making handling inbound and outbound calls and follow-up
Attending, Giving Presentations and Counseling the walk in Clients.
