DL-1  Experience 0 to 2 years

DL-2 Experience 2 to 5 years

DL-3 Experience < 5yrs

  • Good Knowledge on WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, wireless and security.
  • Should able to do configuration of network devices, Router, switches and Access points.
  • Maintaining daily reports which includes device backup reports, monitoring reports, pending ticket updates.
  • Maintaining Network device availability, Capacity management & Vendor management reports on monthly basis.
  • Good hands on experience on routers, Switches & firewalls.
  • Good Knowledge on WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, wireless and security.
  • Dynamic Routing Protocols knowledge.
  • Escalate service requests that require engineer level support in a timely fashion to prevent breech of SLA.
  • Support for the escalated network tickets.
  • Ability to work with vendor support to resolve client issues.
  • Maintaining Asset inventories (Live & Stock) on monthly basis.
  • Knowledge of Wireless devices.
  • Vulnerability management.
  • Good Verbal & communication skills.
