Job Description

DL-1 Experience 0 to 2 years

DL-2 Experience 2 to 5 years

DL-3 Experience < 5yrs

Good Knowledge on WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, wireless and security.
Should able to do configuration of network devices, Router, switches and Access points.
Maintaining daily reports which includes device backup reports, monitoring reports, pending ticket updates.
Maintaining Network device availability, Capacity management & Vendor management reports on monthly basis.
Good hands on experience on routers, Switches & firewalls.
Good Knowledge on WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, wireless and security.
Dynamic Routing Protocols knowledge.
Escalate service requests that require engineer level support in a timely fashion to prevent breech of SLA.
Support for the escalated network tickets.
Ability to work with vendor support to resolve client issues.
Maintaining Asset inventories (Live & Stock) on monthly basis.
Knowledge of Wireless devices.
Vulnerability management.
Good Verbal & communication skills.
