Good hands on experience on routers, Switches & firewalls.
Good Knowledge on WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, wireless and security.
Dynamic Routing Protocols knowledge.
Escalate service requests that require engineer level support in a timely fashion to prevent breech of SLA.
Support for the escalated network tickets.
Ability to work with vendor support to resolve client issues.
Maintaining Asset inventories (Live & Stock) on monthly basis.
Knowledge of Wireless devices.
Vulnerability management.
Good Verbal & communication skills.
