Job Description

Responsibility:-

Work safely with and during mold changes, color changes and any movement with cranes and robot operations.
Quick mold change as per SOP.
Perform duties from setting up injection molds and auxiliary equipment and troubleshooting as needed.
Sets Up production molding jobs, including mold setting , process documents, materials and Auxiliary equipment.
Perform routine minor equipment maintenance and safety checks on molding machines and auxiliary equipments.
Provide plant wide support

Professional Skills:-

Knowledge of Production and Mfg Systems and Techniques.
Knowledge of Machine & Mould Maintenance
Knowledge of various raw Materials

Education:-

One year Diploma/ITI / Mold Technician plus 3 years as Set Up Technician or equivalent combination of training and experience or demonstrated capability to perform the duties of the job.

Experience-

Applying candidates should be well versed in processing injection molding
