We are hiring for,

BDM - Bancassurance Sales

Job Role : 

1. Do not search for Customer. BDM has to sell Life insurance to Bank's existing customer base. 

2. Conversion of Leads in line with the targets given by the Co., 

3. to acquire strong subject knowledge in order to solve the queries of Customers. 

4. Increasing productivity month after month. 

5. Completing target towards career progression. 

Must criteria:

1. Resident of the Same location applied for. 

2. Job Stability of at least 1 year in a particular company is a must & no frequent job changes.

3. Min qualification: Graduate (We don't hire diploma (10+2+2 or + 1) candidates, so please ensure such CVs are not shared.)

4. Experience: Life Insurance experienced candidates will be preferred (Next priority will be given to candidates having experience in
Banking Sales and Broking, NBFC, and Micro Finance.

5. Better hike on your Present CTC and Incentives are best in the industry.
