Desired Candidate Profile
Part of Global digital Marketing team to implement digital Marketing initiative such as Product Information management and e-commerce.
Responsible for the ongoing development and maintenance of product content such as attributes and rich content on the PIM System.
Engage with engineering team to streamline and standardize product content across product family and region.
Verification of PIM data accuracy as per data quality standards, Ensure data cleanup if necessary for ERP and engineering systems in collaboration with respective teams.
Ensure Syndication of PIM data as per customer requirements and quality standards on a periodic basis and update the syndication rules if required.
Identify needs for digital assets based on image hierarchy to cover 360 photos, 2D/3D CAD files, rendered images, low resolution images for products and ensure the availability before product launch in PIM.
Collaborate and support marketing team to syndicate data from PIM for catalog and for addition of new product catalog pages and updates in the existing catalog.
Identify features requirement on product content pages from a business perspective based on VOC and feedback from sales & marketing team.
Work with the website team to analyze user data from the product content pages to measure ROI and evaluate potential development needs.
Create and regularly publish a report out on PIM progress. Frame PIM priorities on sales revenue for active items, new products, and end of life products.
Collaborate with marketing to manage internal and competitive cross reference data.
Periodic review and update of PIM with respect to product hierarchy in Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Manage tasks on the PIM system to identify and correct any issues and approve the items if they meet all the quality conditions.
Work with team to identify all marketing data attributes and to load in the ERP system.
Ensure all marketing and engineering data product attributes and load it in PIM
Mapping of data with the product SKUs and clean-up the data wherever required
Ensure the data quality is maintained for all products as per data quality rules.
Maintain documentation on data quality rules for various categories of products.
Document Standard Operating Procedures for all the required processes.
Periodically check and ensure the quality of data displaced on website. Take corrective action if required.
Qualifications
BE/B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics or mechanical engineering
4-6 years experience in Engineering, Sales and marketing field of rotating machine industry such as motors, generator, pump and compressors
1-3 years experience in product information management system and/or eCommerce platform.
Advance knowledge of MS excel
Education:
UG: B.Tech/B.E. - Electrical, Electronics/Telecommunication, Mechanical
PG: Any Postgraduate
Doctorate: Doctorate Not Required
