Job Description

Responsibilities:
Strong communication skill & building a good rapport with clients & Visitors.

Greet clients and Visitors.

Receive incoming calls & redirect them to the
concerned person/dept.

Maintaining the log books like visitors, client or On-duty
registers accurately.

Issuing of ID cards to visitors, clients & employees
and collecting them back without fail.

Receive parcels, letters & redirect them to the
concerned department.

Check, sort and forward emails.

Monitor office supplies and place orders when required.

Maintaining In & Out records of employees as well as
visitors.

Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements,
schedules, etc)

Specifications:

0 - 2 years of experience as Front Office Representative
or relevant position.

Familiar with office equipment like fax, printers,
scanners and assisting admin dept.

Basic knowledge of administration and good interpersonal
skills.

Excellent written and verbal skill will fine body language.

Excellent knowledge of MS Office especially Word and Excel.

Problem solving skills, customer service oriented and
multitasking abilities.

Any graduate: additional qualification will be added
advantageskills-Qualifications-BBA/BBM, BSc, BCA, BSW, B.Pharm, B.Com, BAExperience-0.6 to 2 Years.
