Job Description
Position: IT Business Analyst-Web & Mobile Applications (Leading MNC Manufacturing Co)
Role:
- Performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, and performing some user acceptance testing.
- Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance in Web and Mobile Application Development for solving business needs
- Updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures.
- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
- Staying up to date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems
- Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings
- Performing requirements analysis
- Preparation of Technical specification document
- Effectively communicating insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management
- Working closely with users, developers, and managerial staff.
- Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
- Performing user acceptance testing.
- Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
- Serving as a liaison between developers and stakeholders.
- Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
- Cybersecurity compliance of the developed solution
Requirements:
- B.Tech (Computer Science preferred) + MBA (preferred)
- 5-7 yrs of relevant experience with good experience as a business analyst with direct interaction with end users
- Good knowledge of Business Process and Technical Specification Documentation, Agile methodology
- Hands on with ASP.net, Angular, MSSQL database, Power BI Knowledge (preferred)
- Understanding of Cybersecurity norms for mobile apps and PWA
- Understanding of responsive app development lifecycle
- Good with User interactions, Networking
- Good Project Management Skills
- Should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users.
