Successfully project management, and co-ordinate a shared resource pool of specialist teams, and personnel, working on multiple projects at various stages of delivery Assists in the planning, co-ordination, monitoring and reporting of individual projects against key performance criteria in line with industry standards and project controls governance framework Display visible Safety Leadership to both their team and the wider business

Keep abreast of the latest trends and developments in technology and work technique Drives and influences proactive safety behaviors within workgroups through visible leadership Plans work so that it can be conducted safely; and considers environmental conditions, nearby activities, and the people and other resources needed to complete the work
