Handling the corporate secretarial and related matters and managing all day to day secretarial functions and record keeping for the company.
Handling all company secretarial compliances under the Companies Act, 2013.
Handling all company secretarial compliances as per SEBI ICDR, LODR, SAST Regulations and Stock Exchange filings and compliances.
Compliances with the provisions of the RBI regulations and related submissions.
Handling legal/documentation during fund raising/borrowing/investments/loans and related documentation including term sheets, shareholders agreements, pre and post disbursement compliances, etc.
Prior experience of working with a listed company or experience in compliances of a listed company is a must.
