Roles and Responsibilities:-

Implementing Monitoring of CRM

Training to specific users

Support via Telephonic and Remote Connection

Implementation of the software to the different sites of the various clients

Provide business process integration with the implemented software.

Keep co-ordination with Development team for new requirement from clients and fix up the issue with timeline.
