OPENINGS FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES

WORK FROM OFFICE { VOICE PROCESS }

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIAS:

Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Qualification: Any Graduate { any domain }

Experience: Eight months or above in any customer support domain 

Languages known: English & Hindi

Shift: Females - 9 a.m to 9 p.m working window { any 9 hour shift during this window }

Male - 24/7 { rotational shifts }

Salary: 21.5K { inhand - 23000 CTC }

Cab: Both end { within 35 km radius only }

Allowance: 4000 { INR, for relocating in Bangalore, one time payout after training - for outstation candidates only}

Week offs: One rotational

Location: Bangalore
