Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers within the Loyalty Channel, including conducting regular meetings and providing ongoing support.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for growth and expansion within the Loyalty Channel.
- Provide exceptional customer service to customers, including resolving any issues or concerns they may have in a timely and effective manner.
- Analyze customer data and provide insights to senior management to inform strategic decisions.
- Develop and execute retention strategies to ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and customer preferences to inform product and service development.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to customers and other stakeholders to communicate updates, new offerings, and other relevant information.
