HR Recruiter

Experience: 0 to 5 Yrs

No of Openings: 4

Education: Any Diploma, Graduates, Bachelors, MBA.

Working Time :10.00 AM to 7.00 PM

Working Days: 6 Days ( 2^nd and 4^th Off)

Salary: 1.2 LPA to 3.0 LPA ( Plus Incentives)

Job Description

• End to End Recruitment cycle.
• Study and Analyzed Clientele Recruitment Requirement
• Source potential candidates from various online channels through Database, Head Hunting( Calls, Emails, Masseging), References.
• Screen incoming resumes and application forms
• Interview candidates (via phone, or in-person)
• Candidate Evaluation for in reference to job opening
• Briefing the candidate on Job Prospect & Client( Salary Negotiation if Required)
• Advertise job openings on companys careers page, social media-Linked In, Facebook, job boards like Shine, Naukri, Monster, Indeed, Wisdom.
• Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring authorities/ Client.
• Channelized CVs to client.
• Scheduling Interview with client and candidates convenience.
• Taking Post Interview Feedback from Client.
• Follow up till the last round of Interview with client and candidate.
• Follow up With Client regarding Joining of candidate ( With/ Without Deviation)
• Collaborate with Head/ Client to identify future hiring needs

Requirements

• Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role ( Exposure On Software Industry Preferable).

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
• Experience with sourcing techniques
• Excellent verbal and Good written communication skills
