Job Description

Candidate should be MBA in Hr with 12 to 14 years experience

Hospital experience must from a above 200 bedded hospital

Talent Acquisition, on-board induction & orientation
Creating a progressive HR experience for the new hires, develop & implement various employee recognition, reward & retention schemes to motivate & retain employees
Talent development & career planning by driving cross-functional mentoring
Compensation restructuring & bench-marking based on industry & market needs.
Developing KPIs for key roles across the unit
1. Restructuring specific JD's for ensuring Job-effectiveness & job-satisfaction
2. Strategy planning & Policy up-gradation on best HR practices within the framework of organization
3. Seamless handling of internal audits, statutory compliance audits & other NABH audits
4. Driving employee connect & engagement initiatives at all levels (medical & non-medical) over the year
