We are hiring for ESAF SMALL FINANCE BANK

Designation: Branch head

Location: Hyderabad

Responsible for growth of banking business at the branch level through business development, customer servicing. Also responsible for customer acquisition strategy and establishing / maintaining relationship with high net worth individuals/ organizations.

Accountable for overall administration, MIS reporting and compliance and service quality at the branch.

Graduation (regular) or PG in any discipline with Minimum of 6+ years of Experience in Banking sales, operations & managing regulatory requirements. Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills are must. Team building and team management skills are the most valued traits.

         Age 29 - 35
