Mumbai Rozgaar Private Limited which started as an entity to cater to a
very small section of people has today metamorphosed itself by taking a

clienteles, today we have placed ourselves into a very strong diversified
mode, Mumbai Rozgaar Private Limited currently caters to more than 25+
Industries and holds partnership for sourcing manpower with more than *400+
clients* (PAN India)

This is with reference to the urgent requirement of Business Development
positions across Pune location, attached is the JD* & below are the profile
details for your reference;

*Profile details-*

Requirement- Field Sales Officer / BDE / Sr BDE / AM Sales
(Retail)

Positions 15 (Combination of designations; majorly FSO/BDE/ Sr
BDE)

Salary bracket 15-35K Per Month + Daily travel allowance (All
positions) + Mobile allowance (BDE and above)

Qualification Graduate / BBA / MBA ; for FSO-Under-Graduates
can be looked at.

Location- Pune (Area specification - Aundh, Law College, Pimple
Saudagar, Kalyani Nagar)

(Retail sales; 90% field work & outdoor activies).

JD/Scope of Work Position: Sr. Executive/ Executive Business Development
Retail


Salary Range 2.5 to 4 lacs/annum


Develop a business plan and Sales strategy for the assigned market that
ensures attainment
of company Sales goals and profitability.
Responsible for realization of revenue and the targets of walk
ins/Membership plans for
assigned geographical area/Centre.
Organize outreach programs with prospective patient community for
Residential segment,
presidents, local clubs, schools and other local bodies with a view to
generate footfalls from
them.
To be responsible for maintaining Brand identity programme in all aspects
in assigned
clusters, including at all patientfacing interaction, as brand custodian.
Involves in successful designing, testing and implementation of all Sales
process
improvement and marketing initiatives in the assigned centre/ region.
Ensuring regular update and maintenance of customer database for the
assigned
Centre/Region.
Continuously look out for both market and product diversification
opportunities to expand
business.
Track Report, feedback, complaints received through marketing activities.
Desired Profile:
Education: Graduate with MBA in Sale & Marketing; completely computer
savvy including
MS Office.
Proficient in English & Hindi; good knowledge of Marathi would be an
advantage; pleasing
personality with excellent communication and presentation skills
Attitudinally, the candidate must be a complete team-player and an
extrovert with proven
managerial & leadership skills; social networker yet disciplined in manners
and behaviour;
good / sophisticated family background.
