Job Description
:We are looking for a candidate with good interpersonal and analytical skills. The ability to communicate effectively and should be proactive in planning. The job will entail handling field operations of training and placement so we require intelligent and well-organized individuals who can assist us with the on-ground implementation of our project. Candidate has to conduct Visits as per the devised weekly plan; meet the potential candidates, conduct mobilization activities for training and/or placement; liaison with the Govt. Departments, and the partners. Maintain documents and report to the Reporting Manager. Will be responsible for last mile execution and will have to interact with people from different socio-economic strata to collect the aspirations of the people. This is a field position and includes traveling and therefore must not have any constraints related to relocation to other states.
Eligibility Criteria:
Must have at least 1-year experience in the field of operations. Experience in the Education & Training Sector will get preference. Job seekers must be graduates, have good communication skills, willing to travel to PAN India as per the requirements.
Remuneration:
18,000 to 23,000 per month + Traveling Allowances+ Incentives.
