Reservoir engineers locate fuel in underground reservoirs using their knowledge of geology and fluid mechanics. They utilize technology and their expertise to pinpoint and efficiently allocate usable fossil fuel reservoirs located underground for oil and gas companies.

Roles and responsibilities

Collaborating with other technical professionals in devising economically viable development plans for oil and gas accumulations. Optimising recovery plans, including new well locations or projects involving enhanced recovery methods. Managing the day-to-day operation of oil and gas fields.
