Require BRANCHMANAGER & TERRITORY MANAGER for LIFE INSURANCE COMPANIES CHANNEL -AGENCY, BANCA & DIRECT Location :CHENNAI, COIMBATORE, TIRUNELVELI, SALEM, MADURAI, TRICHY CTC: BM - upto 12lacs TM - upto 17lacs YourJob Profilein detail forBRANCHMANAGER 1) You have to handled a team of on roll employees (Executives & managers) for a given branch 2) Team size will be around 15-18 employees. 3) Youhave to train your team with good sales skills 4) Train and motivate them to achieve the desired business 5)Manage the team and achieve business targets YourJob Profilein detail forTERRITORYMANAGER 1) You have to handled a team of on roll employees (Sales Manager & Branch Manager ) in you assigned territory. 2)Team size will be around 45+ employees 3 ) You have to build working strategy & train your teamaccordingly. 4) Train and motivatethe entire team under your territory to achieve the desired business 5)Manage the team and achieve business targets
Desired Profile: 1) Graduation is mandate - Xstd + XII std+ 3years 2) Min 5-6year of Sales experience from Insurance Industry is Mandate 3) Must have good communication Skills 4) Local language is mandate
