Job Description
for Technical Support (International Voice Process)We are hiring for one of ourTelecom clients was founded in 2003 in Toronto, Canada, emerging from the
advanced technologies and research of Onet System Inc., a leading
consulting company in Canada specializing in telecommunications. CIK
employs more than 300 staff with offices located in Canada, the United States,
China, Vietnam, India, and Morocco. We have local support centers in each
of the major cities in Canada. CIK is registered as a licensed carrier
with the CRTC (Canadian Radio-Television and Telecommunications
Commission) since 2003.
for Graduates, fresher or experienced candidates with Excellent
Communication skills for Voice process for Okhla Location.
1)Designation: Technical Support Associate -Voice
Educational requirements: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree, and Major is related
to Computer science or
Networking.
Optional:
Technical Engineer/Senior Level Technician of Network system/popular VOIP
Systems Such as Avaya Phone System or Jadoo TV System support.
Certificate of: CCNA or CCNP, CISCO
Experience- 0-5yrs
Location- Delhi (Okhla Phase3)
Salary Range 14k- 30k (Depending on Interview)
Roles & Responsibilities:
Deliver service and support to end-users using and operating automated
call distribution phone software.
Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to
inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services;
Gather customers' information and determine the issue by evaluating and
analyzing the symptoms;
Working knowledge of networking, DSL, VDSL, VOIP, Cable internet, Router,
switch, Sip configuration;
Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues involving
Internet connectivity, IPTV, VOIP, basic troubleshooting, and more;
Need to know only basic troubleshooting of Domestic routers, Mac ID and
windows.
Knowledge about DNS, Basic network troubleshooting
Research required information using available resources;
Follow standard processes and procedures;
Offer alternative solutions where appropriate with the objective of
retaining customers
Organize ideas and communicate oral messages appropriate to listeners and
situations;
Follow up and make scheduled callbacks to customers where necessary;
Stay current with system information, changes, and updates.
2)Senior Technical Support Representative (Internet Connectivity)
For Level 1.2 Technicians:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree, and the Major is related to Computer science or
Networking.
Understanding the DSL Technology and familiarity with Modem/Router
connections.
Ability to read/speak/write English fluently and no accent issues for
communication.
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in
writing.
Ability to use the basic DOS Command for network troubleshooting.
Ability to empathize and professionally troubleshoot and resolve
customers' issues.
Fast learner and always willing to follow up the request from Management.
Backgrounds of networking troubleshooting.
Working experience in Networking/VOIP service/IPTV.
Ability to troubleshoot with DSL Modem/ Dual Band wifi Router Setup and
configuration.
Optional:

Systems Such as Avaya Phone System or Jadoo TV System support.
Certificate of: CCNA or CCNP.
Requirements:
*Candidate should be flexible for 24*7.
*Knowledge about the principles of customer handling.
*Proper phone etiquette.
*Ability to speak and write clearly and accurately.
*Strong communication skills.
*Proficiency in typing speed and grammar.
*Position requires the use of a headset and the candidate should be open for the
same.
*Own Laptop and Wi-Fi (No reimbursement is Provided)

Salary Range 20k- 45k (Depending on Interview)
Shift Timings: 5:30 pm to 2:30 am, 09:30 pm to 6:30 am & 2:30 am to 11:30 am.
Working Days- 5 days
Both Ways Cab Facility
Need to be from the respective hiring zones(preferred South Delhi or
within 15kms of office Location ) Willing to relocate to avail cab
facility.
