Handle inbound and outbound sales calls for US travel destinations or Spanish travel destinations.
Provide excellent customer service by understanding customer needs and offering suitable travel options.
Promote and sell travel packages, including flights, accommodations, tours, and additional services.
Stay updated on current travel trends, airline policies, and destination information.
Assist customers with booking changes, cancellations, and other travel-related inquiries.
Collaborate with other team members to meet sales targets and provide a seamless customer experience.
Utilize various platforms, including Bing, website calls, and meta search engines, to generate sales leads and close deals.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Stay informed about industry developments and actively participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Requirements:
Fluent in English and Spanish (for Spanish Travel Sales role).
Previous experience in sales, preferably in the travel industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent customer service and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Familiarity with travel booking systems and online travel platforms.
Proficient in using Bing, handling website calls, and utilizing meta search engines for sales purposes.
Knowledge of popular US travel destinations or Spanish travel destinations is a plus.
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as per business needs.
Shift time - 4 pm to 1 AM , 12 AM to 9 AM
