Job Description

1.Vendor development for machines

Sending enquiries to different vendors and collection of Quotations.
Technically verify the vendor offer.
Help in Preparation of Quotes based on Offers received.
Preparation of standardize documents like pricelist, technical specifications,
line balancing for all machinery.
Negotiating with vendors for final rates, prepare comparisons and co-
ordinating to release Purchase Orders.
Prepare documents such as URS, DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ, Instruction manual and all
related technical submittal.
Managing backend working for all departments in excel sheets/ word
documents/ pdfs whichever applicable for the respective department.
Preparing comprising of quotes sent, communications with client, catalogues,
and any other documents as and when advice.
10.Submission of various reports to management on daily, weekly, monthly and
Quarterly Basis.
