JOB OBJECTIVE:

Behavioural Competencies

Provide overall leadership and direction to KGFS and instils confidence and commitment among all stakeholders. Increasing value of the business through the formulation and achievement of strategic objectives that are aligned with Dvara KGFS overall corporate mission, strategy. Ensures that KGFS is effective, efficient and quality conscious.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Strategic Contribution:

As a member of the management team, contribute towards the formulation and implementation of overall business strategies and plans with specific focus on KGFS revenues and margins which enable the achievement of KGFS's mission and objectives.

Business Strategy:

Directs implementation of strategies and plans through the leadership of KGFS in order to ensure that the highest level of performance is achieved and objectives are met.

Financing/ Fund Raising:

Works with financial institutions (build and maintain relationship with local financial institutions) to ensure financing to support short- and long-term goals.
